Tim Burton is remembering his beloved friend and colleague Catherine O’Hara.
Following the announcement of Catherine’s passing, the legendary filmmaker took to his Instagram to remember her. In the touching post to his grid, he shared a photo from 2024’s Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, and wrote wrote:
“Catherine, I love you. This picture shows how much light you gave to all of us. You were a special part of my life and after life.”

The 71-year-old died on Friday in the hospital following a health emergency, leaving the world in shock. She will be dearly missed.
