The Oklahoma City Thunder‘s historic start to the 2025-26 regular season will continue on Dec. 13 as they take on the San Antonio Spurs ( in the NBA Cup semifinal.
The winner of the game will go to the championship round to take on the winner of the Orlando Magic vs. the New York Knicks.
OKC is coming off its largest win of the season after beating the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday with a final score of 138-89. The Thunder will have the opportunity to have their usual starting five after recent news.
Isaiah Hartenstein returns, Isaiah Joe remains out vs. Spurs
Oklahoma City released its injury report for Saturday’s game.
Isaiah Hartenstein (soleus) will make his long-awaited return to the Thunder lineup on Saturday after missing the past six games with his injury.
The 27-year-old center will most likely come back to the starting lineup and be paired alongside Chet Holmgren in the Thunder front court.
Through 19 games this season, Hartenstein was off to an electric start before suffering the injury. While averaging 27.8 minutes, he’s contributed 12.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.3 steals a game while having the third-best shooting percentage (67.1%) in the NBA this season.
The Thunder will be without Thomas Sorber (knee) and Nikola Topic (surgical recovery) as the two still wait for their season debuts. Isaiah Joe (knee) will miss his fourth game in a row.
For the San Antonio Spurs, franchise star Victor Wemanyama will most likely make his return after missing nearly a month with a calf strain.
