Milan form a new partnership of Rafael Leao and Christopher Nkunku amid an injury crisis, while Roma can go clear at the top of the table with Paulo Dybala and Matias Soulé.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

This is a huge head-to-head at the top of the table, as after Napoli were held to a 0-0 draw by Como, a win here would send Roma clear as the new sole leaders.
However, a Milan victory would put Max Allegri’s side level with Roma, and one point off first place.
The Rossoneri have an injury crisis to deal with, missing Santiago Gimenez, Christian Pulisic and Adrien Rabiot, while Pervis Estupinan and Ardon Jashari are only fit for the bench.
Fikayo Tomori is also dealing with a knee issue, but there is an all-new strike partnership of Rafael Leao and Nkunku in the 3-5-2 formation, supported by Luka Modric and Samuele Ricci.

Roma have some concerns too, as Angelino is still out after suffering from pneumonia, while Evan Ferguson is going to need at least a couple of weeks following an ankle sprain.
The big doubt for Gian Piero Gasperini remains whether to pick a genuine centre-forward or use Dybala as a False 9.
Artem Dovbyk had been linked with Milan as part of a potential swap with Gimenez, but the Ukrainian is on the bench here, as Dybala and Soulé form the all-Argentine front two.
Mario Hermoso is again in the back three, with Zeki Celik and Wesley on the flanks.
There will be an emotional minute’s silence before kick-off for Giovanni Galeone, who died today at the age of 84, as he was a mentor to both Allegri and Gasperini.
