Doha, January 18 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index rose at the beginning of Sunday’s trading by 0.97%, gaining 107.74 points to reach 11,175 points, compared to the previous session’s close, backed by all sectors.
Market data showed gains in Transportation (+1.50%), Real Estate (+1.12%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.99%), Telecoms (+0.75%), Industrials (+0.66%), Consumer Goods and Services (+0.47%), and Insurance (+0.25%).
By 10:00 am, QSE reported a turnover of QR 78.556 million from 36.191 million shares traded across 5,209 transactions. (QNA)
