The Hills star Lo Bosworth has called out fans who took a photograph of her as she attended a private medical appointment with her obstetrician-gynecologist in New York.
The pregnant reality star, 39, who rose to fame on the MTV show alongside the likes of Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad, issued a scathing message on her Instagram Stories.
In her post, Bosworth, who now has a wellness and supplement company, implied the act felt invasive and called it “unspeakably rude”.

“Let’s make a deal women of nyc if u see me at the ob/gyn for baby appointments how about doonnnt (sic) take my photo?” she wrote in her post.
“It’s unspeakably rude. that is all.”
The message comes after Bosworth revealed she was diagnosed with endometriosis.

In a video shared on Instagram in March, Bosworth said “it sucks” as she promoted her wellness newsletter.
She captioned her post, saying it took 10 years for a diagnosis and listed some of the symptoms she has been experiencing.

“My diagnosis: endometriosis,” she wrote.
“And like many women who also suffer quietly from this incurable, chronic disease of pain, fatigue, fertility issues, and so much more.
“It took about a decade from first experiencing symptoms to finally undergoing laparoscopic surgery to confirm a diagnosis.”
“My excision surgery has humbled me, the recovery much longer and more painful than I anticipated.
“How I’ve felt through it all? Grateful. Confused. Overwhelmed. Relieved. Validated. Scared. And … now recovering!”

She finished by calling herself an “endo warrior”.
Earlier this year, the reality star married husband Dom Natale.
She announced their engagement in January.
She captioned her post at the time: “For you, my darling, it could only be a ‘yes.’ Thank you for being the best that one could be, for me. All my love, L.”
