Investigation underway after human body found under Interstate 10 and Highway 59 interchange, HPD says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A death investigation is underway after a body was found under the Interstate 10 and Highway 59 interchange on Thursday, according to the Houston Police Department.

HPD said that officers responded to the scene at 11:12 a.m. on 2699 Nance Street.

ABC13 spoke with a TxDOT contractor, who found the body and reported it to HPD.

HPD told ABC13 they are investigating whether or not the death was weather-related.
