On 10 October, GRAZIA Singapore marked World Mental Health Day with a celebration of the ideals that underpin all our endeavours—wellness, health, and mindful beauty. In partnership with Elizabeth Arden, we were honoured to host The Power of Wellness, an event designed to celebrate the GRAZIA Singapore community and the beauty and health rituals they hold dear.
Joined by local leaders and entrepreneurs, guests spent a relaxing and revitalising afternoon at Paragon, with activities ranging from deep dives into skincare science to personalised wellness consultations. A number of GRAZIA Singapore Game Changers attended the event, each bringing a distinct perspective on self-care—among them, prolific art curator and strategist Shireen Marican and her sister Sabrina Marican, content creator and beauty enthusiast; champion boxer and MMA fighter Kirstie Gannaway; and Jungmin Lee, founder of lifestyle and beauty sanctuary Ksisters.

Rooted in the strength of community, the afternoon took a distinctly different shape from previous editions of GRAZIA Singapore’s Power Series. The event unfolded as an interactive journey through a series of wellness stations, each exploring a different facet of health and beauty. Upon arrival, guests received a customisable Wellness Passport, which served as their guide through the day’s experiences.

The journey began in the Paragon atrium with Elizabeth Arden, spotlighting the blend of elegance, precision, and skincare expertise that defines the brand. Guests were welcomed at the Elizabeth Arden pop-up, which offered a closer look at the science and philosophy behind its new Hyaluronic Acid + Peptides Ceramide Collection.
Members of the GRAZIA community explored four activity stations designed to revitalise their approach to skincare, sipping cold-pressed juices while guided by Elizabeth Arden’s beauty experts. From a Glow Assessment offering personalised skin analysis to hands-on testing of the Hyaluronic Acid Capsules Serum and Hydra-Plumping Water Cream—whose plumping and hydrating effects have already been likened to filler injections—the experience was both educational and indulgent.

As any self-care devotee knows, no wellness journey is complete without a moment of reflection. Guests soon gathered for a panel discussion on finding balance in beauty and well-being, moderated by Cheryl Lai-Lim, GRAZIA Singapore’s Associate Editor.
Featuring Annabelle Lin, Brand Director of Elizabeth Arden Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, and Eugenia Ye-Yeo, founder of Nodspark, the conversation inspired an honest exploration of the rituals that shape our sense of wellness. “Today’s experience was created around the idea that true beauty begins with well-being—and that taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity,” said Lai-Lim.

For the next chapter of the wellness journey, guests were escorted to the upper levels of Paragon for a series of fitness and health rituals at Adeva Spa. Whether breaking a sweat in a 25-minute Reformer Pilates session, unwinding with a neck and shoulder massage, or receiving a tailored scalp analysis and TCM consultation, attendees emerged refreshed and renewed.

As they mingled and unwound in Adeva’s bright, airy atrium over light refreshments, guests also posed for quick snaps featuring Coehl’s elegantly minimalist phone cases. Before heading home, each guest received a GRAZIA Singapore swag bag filled with thoughtful wellness tokens, including treats from TWG Tea and Coehl.
