Meet Chloe Daikh (MAAS’26), program coordinator of the Education Outreach Program at the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies (CCAS). Started in 1983 to help local K-12 teachers increase their knowledge about the Middle East and North Africa, the program bridges university expertise with the broader community.
As we continue celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, Chloe shares the initiative’s history, scope and the positive impact it has had on her educational journey.
“I came in with this passion for and an interest in education, and I’m just so grateful that this program exists—that’s the perfect blend between my intellectual and professional interests,” Daikh says.
