In the last Weekend ka Vaar episode, Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama got evicted out of the house of Bigg Boss, which caused a lot of outrage. Amid the chaos, Bigg Boss 19 Vijay Vikram Singh has broken his silence on the issue.
Bigg Boss 19: In the last Weekend ka Vaar episode, Bigg Boss 19 gave a shock to many people when Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama were evicted from the house of Bigg Boss. Netizens and the audience of the show felt that it was an unfair decision, and they did not deserve to be eliminated. The double eviction caused a lot of outrage on the internet as well. Amid the controversy, the narrator of the show, Vijay Vikram Singh, has come up and issued a clarification regarding the issue. He explained that he is not actually ‘Bigg Boss’ and asked the fans of the show to not blame him for the eviction.
Vijay Vikram Singh’s post On Thursday, Vijay shared a video on Instagram with the caption, “I am not Bigg Boss; don’t take the revenge of the eviction from me.” In the video, he said, “Bigg Boss wants to tell you all…’”—that’s not me saying it inside the Bigg Boss house. I am not Bigg Boss. The show has two voices. The one that announces the time or gives messages like ‘coming up next’ to the audience—that’s me. But the voice that talks to the contestants is not mine. So since I’m not that voice, mujhe unke hisse ki gaali bhi mat dijiye (please don’t give me the abuse meant for him).”
He also clarified that the decision of evicting Baseer and Nehal was not influenced by him at all. He explained that his responsibility just involved announcing the time of the show, as well as certain updates. He also explained that he is the second voice of the show. He said, “Contestant ko nikaalna, kisko lena ya nikalna ye bhi mere haath mein nahi hota. Ye nirnay Colors aur Endemol ka hota hai. Toh agar iss silslay main agar aapko koi problem hai toh kripay Colors ko contact karen. I am just a contracted artiste, jo har saal show ke liye narration karta hai. Toh meri ek aur baar guaarish hai ki gaaliyan dena mujhe band karen kyunki main Bigg Boss nahi hoon. Main aapke prem ka haq daar hoon, nafroton ka nahi.”
Nehal and Baseer’s double eviction Nehal’s elimination from the show was expected by many; however, it was Baseer’s eviction that caused a lot of outrage from the fans. After coming out of the house, even Baseer himself commented on the fact that he could not have been evicted out of the house on the basis of the votes. He flexed the 2 million views on his Instagram story and said, “The thing that they said, that you have been evicted because of lack of votes, is pure bulls**t. When I came out and checked my social media, the numbers spoke for themselves, and the statistics were right in front of us. The week I won Boss of the Week and Mantri of the Week, that very week I got evicted? These are the same people who are voting for me, too, guys.”
