Biden’s national security advisor Jake Sullivan to speak at UNH Law Commencement

Former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan will be giving the commencement speech at University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law.
Sullivan, a Portsmouth resident, served as the national security advisor under former President Joe Biden.
He will speak at the law school ceremony on Friday, May 16 at 4 p.m., and will also receive an honorary degree.
Who is Jake Sullivan?
Before his role as national security advisor, Sullivan served as the director of the policy planning staff at the U.S. Department of State and the deputy chief of staff to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
He was also national security advisor to Biden in the latter half of his vice presidency under President Barack Obama.
Sullivan’s wife, Maggie Goodlander, is currently the U.S. representative for New Hampshire’s second congressional district.
Sullivan has held teaching positions at Dartmouth College and Yale Law School and will be joining the UNH law school as a senior fellow in August. He is currently a senior fellow at UNH’s Carsey School of Public Policy and a professor at Harvard University.

When is UNH Law School commencement?
The UNH Law commencement will take place 4pm on Friday, May 16.
It will be held at White Park, Concord.
