David Harbour has broken his silence after his ex-wife Lily Allen released a scathing album seemingly referencing their breakup and alleging the actor had an affair during their open marriage.
Harbour has been reflecting on his life after recently turning 50, sharing with Esquire UK that he would “change either everything or nothing” if he was able to.
“You either accept your path completely and realise that even the pain and the slip-ups and the mistakes are all part of the journey, and that there’s truth and growth, wisdom and deeper empathy and connection in all that.”

Allen also revealed she was dating after she filed for divorce from Harbour in September after four years of marriage.

The singer’s latest album, West End Girl, seems to allude to the breakdown of her 2020 marriage to Harbour, including allegations of cheating on his part.
It includes themes of infidelity, breaking the agreements of an open marriage and even calls out a woman named “Madeline”, who Allen describes as “the other woman”.
