Jeep Commander
This model fits perfectly into Jeep’s strong lineup of SUVs here. It enters the seven-seat D-SUV space for the first time, adding upscale style, smart connected features, and everyday usefulness. Families and those who love road trips will find it suits both city drives and longer escapes, all while holding onto Jeep’s roots in tough performance and real purpose.
Youssef Bouhaddioui, Director of American Brands at Stellantis Middle East, shared his thoughts on the launch. He said the Commander is a big step for the brand in the region. It lets them break into a fresh market with a vehicle that mixes elegance, flexibility, and that classic Jeep ability. The model shows their focus on cars that match changing ways of living, without losing the brand’s spirit of exploration, independence, and genuineness.
Roomy Design and Smart Interior
Inside, the Commander has three rows of seats that shift into eight different setups. The middle row glides forward or back by up to 14 centimeters, giving more legroom or cargo space as needed. Both the second and third rows tilt back for better comfort. The doors swing open wide, up to 80 degrees, so getting in and out feels easy. Small storage spots dot the cabin, adding 31 liters of extra room. Parents will like how it fits three child seats in the back row, leaving space for others in the third row too.
Tech That Keeps Everyone Connected
Standard features include a 10.25-inch digital dashboard and a 10.1-inch touchscreen for entertainment. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come built in, along with spots to charge phones without cords. USB outlets reach every row, so passengers stay powered up on the move. Both the Limited+ and Overland trims have a powered tailgate, and the Overland adds hands-free opening.

Dual-zone climate control with back vents keeps the air just right, and the driver’s seat adjusts electrically on all models. The Overland steps it up with a powered passenger seat and a wide panoramic sunroof for that open-sky vibe.
The sound system from Harman Kardon rounds out the experience, with nine speakers and a 450-watt subwoofer for clear, rich audio. A special Fresh Air Technology uses the cabin’s air paths like a speaker box. This cuts down on extra parts, lightening the setup by 40 percent and shrinking its size by 70 percent, while boosting bass and overall volume.
Safety First with Smart Aids
Every Commander comes loaded with driver helps like adaptive cruise control, warnings for crashes with auto brakes, blind-spot checks, and alerts for lane changes or crossing traffic.
It spots pedestrians, bike riders, or motorcyclists in emergencies and brakes if needed. A tiredness monitor, speed sign reader, auto headlights, and parking assist keep things safe. Seven airbags protect everyone, covering front, sides, curtains, and the driver’s knee.
Built Tough for Any Path
Jeep‘s off-road legacy shines through with low-range 4×4, locked modes, Selec-Terrain traction, and hill descent aids. Special screens show real-time info on grip, tilt, and angles during rough drives. The body uses 79 percent high-strength steel for better strength and protection. Quiet rides come from low noise and shakes, thanks to the refined platform, and rear fans ensure cool air flows to all seats.
Jeep Commander: Power Under the Hood
A 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine with four cylinders pumps out 272 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. It pairs with a nine-speed automatic gearbox and a solid 4×4 setup, handling highways smoothly and trails with ease.
Choose Your Trim: Limited+ or Overland
Buyers get two upscale choices. The Limited+ rides on 19-inch wheels with full LED lights and a cabin in black leather and suede. It packs the digital screens, wireless tech, keyless entry, powered driver’s seat, tailgate, seven airbags, full safety suite, a 127V outlet, and body accents matching the paint.
Jeep Commander: Pricing
The Overland builds on that with the panoramic roof, powered passenger seat, and hands-free tailgate. Prices begin at SAR 174,000.
