Son of a Fish is a stunning seaside restaurant set within Harbour House, a fun new lifestyle destination at Dubai Harbour. An Athenian Riviera inspired dining concept, it reimagines Greek heritage with a contemporary twist. Blending traditional flavours with a modern twist where laid-the ambiance is laidback and lunches turn into buzzing nights with a DJ and music.
The menu features fresh fish and Greek dishes with a global touch-from grilled fish and charred meats to crisp, delicate carpaccios, each dish has that distinct freshness of the Mediterranean.

We started with the super fresh, tender Sea Bream Carpaccio-thinly sliced sea bream with chilli, capsicum, pine nuts, and citrus. It felt like a first taste of the Mediterranean on a plate.
Next came a table full of traditional Greek mezze, with flavour-packed dips, from Taramasalata to Tzatziki to Smoky Aubergine and Tyrokafteri. Served with oven fresh, pillowy pita, it was a dangerously moreish spread that we happily overindulged in.

In the hot starters the Spanakopita-a timeless Greek favourite made with spinach and feta wrapped in in homemade filo was earthy, savoury and perfectly crisp.
The Baked Feta topped with cherry tomatoes, thyme honey, and walnuts made for a delightful and comforting balance of sweet and briny-that we were quick to scoop up with warm bread.

The Greek Tagliatelle made with prawns, calamari, mussels, and a rich seafood bisque is simple yet impactful-a true showstopper that captures the essence of coastal Greece.
We ended the meal on a light note with a soft, melt-in-the-mouth, Yoghurt Coulant, served with honey-orange ice cream.
