Dubai indoor attractions just unveiled a nocturnal experience that we can’t get over! It hits different, and the fun starts after the sunset. The Green Planet™ Dubai, the city’s only indoor tropical rainforest, opens its doors at night for a guided Night Tour. Visitors can now experience a rare look at what happens when the lights dim and the animals wake up.
The Green Planet Dubai Night Tour Lets You Explore A Rainforest After Dark
This is not a regular visit with fewer people. It is a completely different mood. According to a press release, the Night Tour was designed to show how the biodome changes after hours. It unveils behaviours of the animals that most daytime visitors never get to see.
What Makes The Night Tour So Different?
During the day, The Green Planet feels lively and educational. At night, it feels mysterious and fun. The guided tour runs daily from 6 PM to 10 PM and takes visitors through all four levels of the rainforest. It uses soft night lighting that highlights nocturnal life without disturbing the residents.
You may witness Sloths becoming active, reptiles shifting positions and so much more. Creatures that spend daylight hours hidden suddenly move, stretch, and interact. The rainforest feels alive in a quieter, more intimate way that’s impossible to witness in daylight.
A Guided Experience That Actually Adds Value
The Night Tour is fully guided, which makes a real difference as the guides explain how nocturnal animals adapt, why certain species prefer darkness, and how the rainforest operates on a 24-hour cycle.
This works especially well for older kids, couples, and anyone who has already visited The Green Planet during the day.
Tickets, Dining Perks, And Smart Discounts
Night Tour tickets cost AED 225 for adults and AED 199 for children, and each ticket includes an AED 45 food voucher.
If you spend AED 75 per person at the restaurant, you qualify for a 20% discount on the Night Tour ticket. With JNGL, the on-site dining option, visitors can turn the evening into a full experience instead of rushing through the biodome.

Why You Will Not See Photos Of The Tour
One thing to note. Images of the Night Tour are not available, and that is intentional. The animals are sensitive to flash photography, and the experience prioritises their wellbeing over content creation.
Honestly, that makes the visit feel more special as you experience it through your eyes and not the lens of a phone camera.
If you enjoy nature, slow travel, or unusual city experiences, this one is worth your time in Dubai.
