Rebel Star Prabhas made a highly anticipated public appearance last night at the grand pre-release event of The RajaSaab, billed as India’s biggest horror-fantasy film, in Hyderabad. Fans thronged the venue in large numbers, thrilled to see the star back on stage after a long hiatus, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
Addressing the audience, Prabhas spoke warmly about his journey with the film and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the cast and crew for their dedication and hard work.
He reserved special praise for his co-star Sanjay Dutt, calling his screen presence “unmatched and unforgettable.” Praising Dutt’s performance in the film, Prabhas said, “Sanjay sir… just your screen presence is more than enough. When they put a close-up on you, you completely consume the screen. When I watched his scenes during dubbing, I started forgetting my own scenes.”
The audience erupted in cheers, heightening anticipation for Dutt’s role, which is expected to be one of the film’s major highlights.
Fans were delighted not only by the scale of the event but also by Prabhas’s interactions with co-actors, technicians, and the audience. Photos and videos from the evening have gone viral across social media, reflecting the immense buzz surrounding the film.
Directed and written by Maruthi, The RajaSaab is produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment. Alongside Prabhas and Sanjay Dutt, the film features Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar in key roles. Touted as India’s largest horror-fantasy entertainer, the film is set for a pan-India release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on January 9, 2026.
