Internationally celebrated as “America’s Most Musical Family,” The Duttons return to Southern Utah with a special run of performances January 15, 16, 17, 19, and 20, 2026 at the Rattlin’ D Playhouse. Each evening includes dinner and a full performance, creating an intimate, family-friendly night of music and entertainment.
The Duttons are a multigenerational performing family whose blend of world-class musicianship, harmony, dance, comedy, and storytelling has captivated audiences for more than 30 years. Featuring parents, adult children, and grandchildren sharing the stage, the show highlights award-winning musical talent across genres ranging from classical and bluegrass to pop, country, gospel, blues, and classic rock.
Their performances are known for tight family harmonies, high-energy choreography, audience interaction, and moments that showcase the youngest generation of Dutton performers. While the musical skill is impressive, the warmth and connection among family members is often what resonates most strongly with audiences.

The Duttons’ story began unexpectedly. Dean and Sheila Dutton, an economics professor and an elementary school teacher, introduced their children to classical violin simply to teach discipline and teamwork. When the children later developed an interest in bluegrass and performance, a family band emerged, eventually growing into a full-time touring act that has performed in all 50 states, across Canada, and throughout Europe.

Today, the family owns and operates its own theater in Branson, Missouri, where they perform more than 300 shows each year, as well as theaters in Mesa, Arizona. Their television appearances include PBS specials, RFD-TV’s The Duttons Through the Years, Nickelodeon’s America’s Most Musical Family, NBC’s America’s Got Talent, and numerous international broadcasts.

Behind the scenes, the show is entirely family-produced, from musical arrangements and choreography to production and marketing. Multiple generations also share leadership roles within the business, ensuring the longevity and evolution of the group.
At the Rattlin’ D Playhouse, seating begins at 5:45 PM, dinner is served at 6 PM, and the show starts at 7 PM. Performances take place January 15, 16, 17, 19, and 20. Tickets and reservations are available at rattlindplayhouse.com or by calling 417-332-2772.
