4D Lifestyle Health & Wellness, a locally owned studio in Braselton, recently celebrated its one-year anniversary and ribbon cutting.
The business is located at 7380 Spout Springs Rd in the Clearwater Crossing shopping center in Braselton West.
Founded by former athlete, firefighter and EMT, Deandre Carroll, 4D LHW centers on training and performance. After a decade of experience as a certified trainer, Carroll opened 4D LHW to provide a holistic and personalized approach to health.
“At 4D Lifestyle, we believe we’re all athletes competing in the sport of life — and longevity is the ultimate win,” Carroll said. “Our goal is to help clients not just live longer, but move better, feel stronger and experience true functional longevity.”
The studio’s name and philosophy are centered on four dimensions of health and wellness — mental, physical, nutrition and recovery. 4D LHW offers customized private and semi-private fitness programs.
In the coming year, the business will launch of its new 4D Recovery Lounge, featuring sports massage and stretch recovery sessions.
